We are now hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Minooka, IL!
Shift: 7AM | Pay Rate: $19/HR
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Review staff agency daily attendance (T&A’s) for accuracy
-Review and submit to DC management for approval for company attendance reports (T&As) weekly.
-Oversees pullers incentive report to ensure accuracy.
-Process company Payroll through Paychex Flex / bi-weekly, must meet deadline
-Prepares staff agency and company weekly payroll cost reports for Admin- Accounting on a weekly basis, must meet deadlines
-Provide customer service for employees - on payroll related inquiries and requests.
-Reviews, researches and approves agency Payroll Action Request (PAR), as needed
-Audit and approve weekly agency invoices.
-Assist with other job-related duties as needed.
