RDL Marketing, a long-established company in the Pilsen area, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Desktop Pro experience. You’ll handle daily bookkeeping tasks such as entering vendor invoices, reconciling bank/credit cards, preparing month-end reports, and supporting our external CPA. The role involves working onsite in a quiet, traditional office environment with a small team. Candidates MUST have hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience, solid bookkeeping knowledge, and live within about 10 miles of Pilsen. Intermediate Excel and basic Microsoft Word skills required. Ideal for someone steady, independent, and reliable who values consistency over a startup pace.
