Are you a loan officer that finds customers but cannot get their loans closed, because you cannot offer certain mortgage products. We are looking for licensed loan officers that want to exceed in the purchase & refinance market. We offer Conv, FHA, VA, Subprime, Jumbo, Commercial, Reverse mtgs., bank statement, No Ratio, Rental home loans, Fix & Flips, Ground up construction loans etc. NO OVERLAYS PERIOD. IF YOU GET AN AUS APPROVAL YOU ARE CLOSING. FHA MIN FICO is 580 FOR 3.5% DOWN. We can go down to a 500 score with 10% down on an FHA loan. Min score needed for 100 % LTV VA loans is a 500. USDA at 100% LTV requires a 550 score. Manual underwriting available for FHA & VA loans down to a 500 credit score. Manual underwriting for a USDA requires a 550 credit score. Our rates are great on all products. With less homes to refinance or purchase, you should be looking for alternative loan products.

We have Remote setup which allows you to access your files anywhere in the world. So you can work from home etc. We have processors on staff. We offer the top technology in the business. You will be a W-2 loan officer. You can lend in multiple states without a license for investor loans (business purpose loans), Fix & Flips and Ground up construction loans. Reverse mortgages can make you a lot of money, don't be fooled by just getting a referral fee. Even on fixed rate reverse mortgages, because your comp does not affect high-cost laws in Illinois, Florida.

90% LTV Purchase FHA (500 Credit Score, no credit overlays.)

100% LTV Purchase VA (500 Credit Score)

100% LTV Purchase USDA (500 Credit Score)

97% LTV Conv. Loans (Including condos)

FHA & VA Streamline loans no score.

No min open credit-line requirements for FHA, VA with scores above 500.

No min open credit-line requirements for USDA with scores above 550

FHA, VA and USDA loans with no credit score, we can use Non-traditional credit.

Conv loans can now go over 50% D/I ratios.

Condotel up to 80% LTV.

Non-Warrantable condos.

Subprime loans up to 90% LTV.

No Ratio loans on investment properties. We do not verify income or rent.

Bank Statement loans. Personal or Business bank statements up to 90% LTV.
