Hiring: Accounting Specialist – Billing & Accounts Receivable
Are you a detail-oriented and passionate accounting professional? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable? If so, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Process and manage invoices with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Handle accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and reconciliations
✅ Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies
✅ Support the accounting team with other related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
️ 2+ years of experience in billing and AR
️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
️ A proactive, hardworking, and problem-solving mindset
️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
️ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
