We are seeking a hands-on Office Administrator and Accounting professional to work in office at our Libertyville location. This position offers a base salary plus monthly commissions, health insurance plus retirement plan and paid vacation.
Responsibilities:
QB accountings: invoices, receivables and collections, payables, bank reconciliation, job cost summaries, commission tracking and payments.
Vendor payment reconciliation.
Payroll- via our payroll processor
Order processing and confirmations
Lien waver and progress payments reporting
Year end general ledger review
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Expertise with QuickBooks
Notary Public
Bonded position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must live in the Northern suburbs and commute to our office
Compensation: $70,000 plus incentives, vacation and benefits.
