Immediate opening for an experienced accountant in a small real estate firm.
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, be able to analyze financial statements, be knowledgeable in Microsoft excel & word and be able to communicate in layman's terms with individuals.
Experience with Skyline, Yardi or MRI preferred.
