- Complete required training to obtain state licensing; company will cover associated costs.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
-Entrepreneurial Mindset, ability to develop, manage and drive growth
- Strong passion for helping people and a genuine interest in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and professionalism.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary state licensing (paid by the company).
- Previous experience in financial services or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. (NO REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NECESSARY)
- Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work. (Background noise is ok)
