Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated, passionate, energetic coach to join our existing Titan Talent as a
Head Dance Coach at Glenwood High School for the Winter 2024-2025 Season. Salary Schedule: Pay based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics). Develops a vision and communicates that vision to all stakeholders.
Knows and follows IHSA/IESA and BCSD policies.
Oversees the development, preparation, performance, and evaluation of student athletes, coaches, and program personnel.
Conducts tryouts
Prepares practice schedules

Minimum Requirements
Broad knowledge base and understanding of the sport
CPR Certification required prior to start of season
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
