Hiring two flooring installers with or without experience.
I install tile, laminate and lvt as well as backsplashes.
I'm looking for guys that I can train and guide to become self sufficient, if you're not already.
Starting pay is $20/ hour with no limit on potential earnings.
Currently my jobs are all residential, and within an hours drive from Urbana.
Most jobs take two days to complete, and range from 250-700 sq feet with removal of old flooring and installation and removal of baseboard.
Once we build up a large enough crew, we'll start switching from residential to commercial flooring.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right guys to learn how to be self employed and make great money. I look forward to speaking to all those interested who are competent, resourceful, and honest.
You must pass a background test to qualify. Currently my work is coming from home depot and they mandate and complete the screenings.
