Interact daily with residents to address issues and concerns to enhance the quality of life in the community
Manage day to day operations of the properties while emphasizing a positive response to concerns and complaints of residents
Oversee & supervise all employees (hire, direct, schedule and discipline)
Ensure the timely maintenance of all building operations and systems
Ensure compliance of policies for residents and staff
Oversee all maintenance and repair work, including obtaining quotes from vendors, scheduling and coordinating work, and reviewing work after completion
Respond to building emergencies to coordinate resources and provide appropriate guidance in securing the emergency and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Review monthly arrears
Start holdover and non-pays any resident
Review and approve all invoices for all buildings
Oversee/supervise apartment turns
Manage service requests all apartments
Ensure all repairs in apartments are handled promptly
