We have an immediate full-time position for an office admin who is a take charge type person. Our business consists of an auto dealership, auto repair shop, parts department, and real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- AP, AR and all bookkeeping aspects with QuickBooks.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phones calls
- Process customer payments
- Conduct new hire orientations Coordinate office personnel
- Ensure all staff adherence to company code of conduct
- A working knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage.
- Knowledge of general filing procedures.
- Knowledge of general clerical skills
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update calendars for staff and providers
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Experience in team management and leadership
