General maintenance position available for property management company. Duties to include, but not be limited to, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, grounds keeping, and general maintenance requests. Assist with major repair support, track time and provide accurate documentation of work performed to include receipts for materials purchased. Interact daily with tenants, property owners, vendors, and team members. Participate in on-call rotation for evenings, weekends and holidays. Support quality control standards, maintain extreme confidentiality, and use good judgement at all times.
Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record, possess knowledge of standard tools, and be able to lift at least 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required. Position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
