Purpose:
The Seamless Gutter Crew Leader is a pivotal role at Judge Services, primarily focused on leading the gutter installation and maintenance team. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities from operational tasks, quality assurance, customer interaction, to team leadership. Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct morning checklists to ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for and properly loaded.
Engage with customers to explain the process, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with office staff regarding scheduling conflicts and updates.
Perform quality control by inspecting the work of assistant technicians, ensuring adherence to our quality standards.
Complete gutter installation and maintenance jobs efficiently without compromising quality.
Provide expertise in quoting Seamless Gutter Installation projects, identifying key factors and nuances.
Install Gutter Guards as needed, including pre-installation gutter cleaning.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Maintain and service gutter machines to ensure optimal performance.
Manage inventory, ensuring all necessary materials and tools are in stock.
Develop and implement new systems to enhance efficiency and quality in seamless gutter installations.
Skills and Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years experience in seamless gutter installation and operation of gutter machines.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development.
Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in quality assurance.
Physical capability to lift heavy objects and comfortability working at heights.
