POSITION: Roof Repair Technician

LOCATION: Metro East / St. Louis Area

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Master-level repairs on asphalt shingle roofs
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing wind damage using quarantine repair methods
Skilled in flashing installation on chimneys (base & counter)
Ability to remove and reinstall siding carefully for proper wall flashing
Confident in replacing soil pipe flashings
Perform general roofing repairs with excellence and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have proven experience in residential roofing repairs
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in your workmanship
Insurance not required but strongly preferred (increases earning potential)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be ready to work immediately
