Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Operations Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our property acquisition and sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting properties across the USA, assessing their condition, posting signs for auctions and sales, and handling document pick-up and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various properties owned by Hamir Holdings LLC across the USA.
Assess the condition of each property and report findings.
Post signs on properties to advertise auctions and sales to the general market.
Pick up and deliver documents as required.
Report directly to the Market Analyst, Amir.
Requirements:
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
Previous experience in real estate or field operations is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a 1099 position offering $17 per hour.
Payment will be made at the end of each day.
Mileage for work-related travel will be compensated.
Flexible working hours based on property needs and travel time.
