Daily communication with Drivers
Interaction and proper communication with drivers and management alike
Weekly Payroll function
Managing Driver Qualification and Personnel files.
Professional phone etiquette, answering phones
Requirements
1 - 3 years experience as an administrative assistant (transportation experience a plus!)
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
A focus for customer service
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
