Includes performing property showings to potential tenants and providing feedback to our property owners. You will be driving your own vehicle to meet with prospective tenants in the O'Fallon, Belleville, Shiloh, Swansea and surrounding areas. Miscellaneous duties include managing phone calls from clients and/or customers, taking a variety of service requests as well as answering questions from clients. This is a very customer service oriented position so professional people skills and a can-do positive attitude are essential.
