In-home caregiver/home health aide

We need someone to stay through the night with my dad. He has mobility issues. He needs help getting in and out of bed to get to and from the restroom. He does not suffer from dementia. My mom is in her 80’s, and being awakened multiple times during the night is taking a toll on her. We would like to have someone 2-3 nights per week.
