Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.Training Coordinators positively impact the Learning Experience for Smart Infrastructure RSS RAM employees and customers. In this role, responsibilities include enrolling and canceling students in training classes, communicating with Field Supervisors to determine new hire training paths, assigning training paths to students, developing and running reports, identifying and escalating data issues, assigning job roles to both students and supervisors, ordering class materials, setting up training classes, and organizing meetings and events.As a Training Coordinator, you will:

Enter, delete, and modify students’ data in the Learning Management System

Search, modify, and update student and class data

Use Excel to monitor data using VLOOKUP and other key functions

Communicate with managers and employees via telephone and email

Execute student experience functions from enrollment to class closeout

Gather and enter student sign-in results

Monitor student prerequisites

Produce class data for instructors

Contribute to logistics meetings

Ensure data in the Learning Management System is entered accurately

Setup training rooms

Respond to student questions

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or state-recognized GED

2+ years of related experience including prior Siemens's experience

Ability to learn custom software (Learning Management System)

Proficient in Excel with data manipulation, functions, and formulas

Proficient in word processing, email, and presentation software

Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments

Positive attitude, creative, dependable, ambitious, Growth Mindset

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Ability to travel 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms

The pay range for this position is $49,140 - $84,240. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
