We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Setter 2 - 800 D to join our manufacturing team in Buffalo Grove, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our 800 C machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.Set up, adjust, and operate 800 C machinery according to production specifications and schedulesPerform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standardsTroubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtimeCollaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflowMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocolsDocument machine settings, production data, and maintenance activitiesTrain and assist junior operators on proper machine operation and safety proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
