Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.The Operational Performance Program Manager – Cybersecurity partners with Solutions and Service Excellence organizations, identifies requirements of the operational project / service workflow to ensure successful adherence to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program and partners with the Cybersecurity, Information Technology team to define a set of technical controls and organizational practices to measure federal contractor IT/cyber maturity.As an Operational Performance Program Manager - Cybersecurity you will:

Ensure adherence to the processes identified as mandatory in support of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification program

Ensure proper handling of all Controlled Unclassified Information for Federal projects/Service agreements making use of technical restrictions designed and developed by the CMMC program team

Drive the acceptance and adoption of CMMC certification plans

Secured Network onboarding / setup (e.g. demand generation/fulfillment support)

Credentialing (citizenship, background checks, enclave access education completion check, etc.)

Training management (e.g. care/feeding updates and coordination for application-specific training or sales-specific process training)

Communications management (e.g. managing notifications to the field around changes to the enclave, updates to training, new process requirements, etc.

Audit / Governance (e.g. point of contact during government audit, coordinates internal audits for CUI on sales-related systems)

Partner with all Operational counterparts in development of field facing programs and tools, and with National Operations Management for successful implementation.

Work with Senior Leadership to align on key topics

Reporting directly to the Head of Operational Excellence

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of industry experience

Proven on-the-job experience in project management and strong ability to complete projects in a fast-moving team

Demonstrated positive attitude, creative, dependable, ambitious and growth mindset

Ability to work well in a team environment

Demonstrated advanced level leadership, organizational, negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 25%

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of industry field experience

The pay range for this position is $105,910 -$181,560 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary.
