KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer contributes to the Lean mission through 6 groups of activities and according to the team of tasks based on skills development path and validation by the Lean Manager:Nemera Production System (NPS)Coordinate, contribute, ensure standard development and audit (for all bricks of NPS House)Best practices awareness and surveillance between Nemera’s plants and externalLean Six SigmaPerform trainings to co-workersProject management/support/deliveryLean/flow guidance for all transversal operations projectsTransformationContribute to creation, coordination & deployment of transformation plant roadmap (local/central dimensions, budget/Strat plan participation)Performance ManagementGovernance, Reporting (e.g. gain tracker, plant KPIs insurance, savings)Analyze and identify improvement/savings opportunitiesMES Key user and development contributorsChange/CoachingPractitioner on assigned projects in partnership with Human Resource Business Partners

 Value from DigitalValue generation through advanced analytics, capabilities for following systems and relevant operational modules: MES, ERP, APS, CMMSDigital innovators: identify new ways, lead proof of concept when relevant, optimize digital tool usage, optimize and analyze data from digital.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Green belt in Lean Six Sigma with equivalent projects doneBachelor’s degree in related field.2-10 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong math, reading, problem solving and communication skills.Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power BI applicationsAbility to work in a cross-functional team setup as a facilitator or a leader. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Rigorous, autonomous and organizedAbility to building and maintain relevant relationships with other departments and partners, in particular listening skillsHigh level of analytical skillsStrong leadership skills to convince and implement actions, facilitate change mangementCMMS/MES/SAP knowledge preferred.Six Sigma Black belt certificationCustomer centricityProject management experience preferred.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Works in an office, clean manufacturing (Cleanroom) and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels. Some travel requiredADDITIONAL NOTES:This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee and may be revised at any time by the company.
