Network and PC Support Technician
Ctech (Bloomington, Illinois) is seeking a motivated individual to assist in providing computer network and maintenance support services. This candidate will work independently (often at customer sites) and should enjoy interacting with people to solve technological problems. This job is challenging and rewarding and provides many opportunities to learn interesting new tech skills on the job.
This person will receive on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. We prefer experienced and/or certified technicians (A+, Network+, MCP or relevant degree) but would consider training an individual who has a good analytical aptitude, mechanical skills and technical support abilities.
You will be expected to bring an inquisitive mind, think logically, and provide excellent service. Candidates must meet ALL of the below requirements in order for us to be able to move forward in the interview process.
Job Requirements
Be 18 years of age or older
Be legally able to work in the United States
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to keep detailed records of time, travel, notes and progress reports
Certification preferred A+, Network+, MCP
Network cabling experience preferred
