We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in both is required to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
Prior Management/Leadership of Minimum of 30 employees
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Ability to do weekly payroll for employees (Once Trained)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Conduct thorough reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between management and staff.
Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles.
Leverage sales techniques to promote job opportunities effectively and attract qualified applicants.
Must be able to work 6:45am until 3:30PM (Some Saturdays may be required but very seldom)

Proven experience in recruitment
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Ability to look for and create a safe working environment
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate job offers and manage candidate expectations.
Knowledge of employee relations practices to foster a positive workplace environment.
Ability to generate leads through various recruitment strategies and sales techniques.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is required.
