Location: Bensenville, IL Schedule : 1st Shift - 9 am to 6 pm Status : Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Compensation : Starting at $18.00 hourly $300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary PeriodSummary/ObjectiveThe Employee is responsible for replenishment, fulfillment, and overall maintenance of assigned Aisles and Zones, along with any other job duties given by their manager. They will actively participate in all aspects of stocking, down stocking, and out of stock replenishment.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential functions.

Refills and maintains all picking bins as requested by both systems, and order pickers.

Actively investigates incorrectly stocked or mislabeled cartons, reporting such information

directly to Team Leads and/or Supervisors.

Sorts, stores, and maintains accurate logs of all overstocks of products.

Bend, kneel, squat, reaches frequently to organize, arrange, and lift products to shelves on a consistent basis.

Scans low stock bins on shelves and replenishes them throughout their assigned work areas.

Ensures that all products in your designated aisle are properly labeled and stocked.

Ensures that all products are Overstocked as per the guidelines in their appropriate zones.

Ensure to provide help to the picking team as and when necessary.

Ensures to work on projects given by the reporting manager.

Ensures the aisles are cleaned and organized through all shifts.

Maintains aisles by following established sorting and stocking guidelines.

Assists in overall orchestration and placement of all high-volume items based on daily sales and instructions from Management.

Contributes to the timely and accurate completion of special projects and tasks in a team environment.

Responsible to cover multiple zones and areas assigned for overstocking and down stocking.

Responsible for helping other departments as necessary.

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse environment where the noise level can be loud. The employee is frequently exposed to fast-moving carts and employees throughout the warehouse. Everyemployee must respect others by not swearing or playing loud music that could disturb others.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, theemployee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, reaching up and lifting. Specific vision abilities requiredby this job include close vision and distance. vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Days and hours to be specified.TravelNo travel is expected for this position.Required Education and ExperienceA minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of factory- or warehouse-related experience in receiving and stocking. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required. Must be able to use warehouse equipment such ladders, cutting tools, etc.Preferred Education and ExperienceAssociate degree. Experience with inventory management systems and ecommerce platform.Work AuthorizationMust have legal authorization to work in the United States.What We Offer
