following all safety rules and procedures;
understand the Corrugator JSA’s, key stop procedures and LOTO & Try processes;
corrugator Wet End & Dry End processes, roll tags, heat & glue station checks;
ability to read tape measures, lift/push up to 50 lbs.;
become familiar with KIWI/JDE;
the use of a moisture meter, heat and scanning gun;
assist other crew members with the daily cleaning of the machine;
help on the sheet line as needed when sheet orders are produced;
daily emptying of waste containers in the corrugator department;
help clean singlefacers when they’re not in operation;
participate in and performing roll-stock inventories; and perform other crew member duties during break periods, if needed.
