Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and procedures
Regular contact with USDA
Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of production employees
Ensure proper training of employees
Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production
Work closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department
Must have overall knowledge of the Cut Floor Operation and the industry
Supervise, evaluate, and direct personnel on shift in performing operations according to sound operating principles an company policies and procedures
Stimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity of production workers; ensure proper training of employees
Arrange to have appropriate production records prepared and maintained
Attend meetings as scheduled or called. Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned.

Education, Experience, Qualifications:
Good work history and attendance
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (plus but not required)
Computer skills and knowledge
Ability to work with SAP Systems

Base Salary: $64,612min-$78,503mid
