HOURS:
Floating 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd shift
Some Saturday’s required
Some Sundays on call
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Cross train and vacation fill in for Billing and Export Clerks (1,2,3 shift), livestock clerks (1.2 shift), and other accounting duties as assigned.
Billing includes verifying orders, generating BOL, preparing trucking packets and filing invoices
Exports include preparing all export documents
Livestock includes auditing scale tickets, data entry and report preparation and disbursement
Cross train on loading dock computer operator job
Perform various other accounting duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous accounting and office experience preferred
10-key and computer skills required
Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
Good work history including attendance (Less than 4 points)
Team player among all shifts
