Description Job Title: Information Technology Infrastructure Support SpecialistSummary: We are seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a valued team member, you will be at the forefront of supporting our organization's information infrastructure. Strong proficiency in InTune, Endpoint Management, Office 365, and Active Directory support is required.Requirements Responsibilities:

Use InTune to manage and secure our mobile and desktop devices.

Provide support for Endpoint Management, ensuring the consistency and integrity of endpoint management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Office 365 issues: troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve software and hardware problems.

Maintain, manage, and support our Active Directory, including user and group management.

Work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure successful infrastructure operations.

Provide support for other technologies within the IT infrastructure.

Work with the Incident Management team to prioritize and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Create and update comprehensive documentation about IT procedures, systems, and issues.

Participate in the after-hours support rotation.

Keep abreast of new technology developments to ensure best-in-class IT support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in IT Support and Infrastructure management.

Proficiency in InTune, Endpoint Management, and Office 365.

Experience with Active Directory support, including managing user and group accounts.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently as well as in a team.

Comfortable with participating in after-hours support, if needed.

IT certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are a plus.
