Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a phenomenal, well-respected suburban law firm located in Arlington Heights that's seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Attorney with at least 8-10+ years of experience to join their team. This Senior Corporate Attorney will support the Business and Corporate Transactional team on a variety of corporate matters including corporate formations, corporate governance, reviewing and drafting of corporate contracts, and assisting with M& A deals. This law firm supports a variety of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Experience with real estate and/or estate planning is a plus but not needed. Salary depends on experience and ranges between $140-175K plus bonus, full benefits, and a flexible hybrid WFH schedule (1-2 days WFH per week).
