Qualifications

Proficient in residential plumbing service and small commercial/industrial projects
Maintain a clean, safe driving record
Must maintain valid Journeyman card and have it on your person during all work hours
Responsibilities
Practices and comprehends safe work procedures per company policy
Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures, pipes, and other systems
Install supports before the installation of pipes, equipment, and fixtures
Identify and locate leaks
Performing cutting, welding, and assembling of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
A thorough inspection and testing of plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
Professional handling of customers plumbing requests
Collaboration with contractors, construction workers, and electricians to meet plumbing requirements
Review building plans and inspect them to assess material and equipment needs
Understand and efficiently use basic computer hardware and software
Must be capable of following instructions, have good communication skills, and the ability to retain information
Must be capable of identifying materials used in the trade
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Regularly required to work around operating equipment, work in confined spaces, stand for long periods of time, walk, reach, stoop, crawl, twist, bend and climb ladders
Maintain open communication with company staff and customers in a professional manner
