The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about organic and regenerative food systems, who enjoys building authentic customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple channels, including bulk commodities, private label, packaged foods, and warehousing services. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop new accounts, maintain existing relationships, and help expand our reach into regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new customer accounts in retail, wholesale, food service, and commodity markets.

Manage and grow existing customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Track sales metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market opportunities.

Represent 1000 Springs Mill at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with brand messaging.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales (food, agriculture, CPG, or commodities industry strongly preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Passion for organic, regenerative, and sustainable agriculture.

Willingness to travel as needed (regional and national).
