We’re looking for a creative and task-oriented Marketing Manager to handle the marketing efforts for two small local businesses. The role focuses on managing social media, creating content, and promoting our services and specials to the community. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media content calendars for both businesses.
Create and post daily content (images, videos, text) on social platforms.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries professionally.
Brainstorm, organize, and promote special deals or promotions.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive community engagement.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain brand consistency across all content.
Stay updated on social media trends and tools.
Qualifications
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects.
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
