The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance. Someone that can work as a team and have clear communication with the property manager.
Maintain the General Conditions of an Apartment Complex -grounds, buildings, cleaning, basic knowledge of plumbing, drywall repair, maintain equipment, manage tools and supplies.
Perform routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance.
Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems.
Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems.
Be on-call to respond to emergency issues.
Preform scheduled inspections with the direction of the property manager.
Complete and track invoices for all repairs done in apartment turns.
Turn in and discuss all inspection check lists and invoices with the property manager.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Be able to work in winter conditions outside example: snow removal.
Pool and Spa maintenance
100% reliable, and on-time.
Absolutely no drug use.
