We are accepting applications for a full time maintenance supervisor. The job purpose is to provide a well-maintained and functioning hotel while keeping safety standards and guests protection a priority. Duties include testing the pool to ensure chemical levels are appropriate, shampooing carpets, picking up garbage in and around the hotel, performing preventative maintenance in all areas of the hotel, maintaining logs of all repairs performed, assisting guests and employees in emergency situations.

This is a full time job; 40 hours per week. You will also be on call 24/7
Qualified applicants should possess strong mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well to communicate and respond to guests and staff is required.
