Gehring Agri-Business is seeking experienced candidates to operate farm equipment to produce wheat, potatoes, and sugar beets. This position is full-time, and year round employment. The primary duties of an equipment operator include operating farm equipment, performing repair and maintenance on equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy and light equipment including but not limited to tractors, trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders, and other equipment as needed.
- Utilize precision ag equipment such as GPS.
- Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery.
- Attach farm implements and see they are field ready.
- Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
