As a Banquet Set-Up Team Member, you will help transform event spaces by arranging tables, assembling equipment, and ensuring banquet areas are clean and well-prepared. Duties & Responsibilities:
-Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
-Follow directions from supervisors and retain setup instructions.
-Learn and apply basic banquet set-up principles to ensure a polished and professional presentation.
-Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
-Identify and properly handle various pieces of banquet equipment.
-Stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Assist with other duties as needed to ensure seamless event execution and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-A valid U.S. driver’s license is preferred.
-Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
-Comfortable with physical work, including standing for extended periods, walking, and using hands for gripping, handling, and
reaching.
-Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
-Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
