Position: HVAC Install Coordinator

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Shift: Monday – Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00

Position Type: Full-time

Job Description:

The HVAC Install Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the communication with internal departments and external customers regarding scheduling of new installations, customer call backs, and permitting corrections. They are responsible for overseeing the installation from start to finish.

Build job packs for each installation

Work with Warehouse Manager on paperwork needs

Work with Manager on scheduling all inspections

Communicate with customers regarding installation timelines, follow-ups, and any necessary corrections

Day before reminder calls

Answering incoming calls and direct to proper department

Data entry

Coordinate installation appointments

Job closeout process, including registration of equipment

Maintain the dispatch board/schedule

Forecast workload for a week or 2 weeks out

Update and maintain customer files

Know whereabouts and progress of crew daily

Other duties as assigned

Strong communication and organization skills

Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience

Able to lift 20 lbs

Attention to details and the ability to manage multiple tasks

A desire to grow within a fast paced and evolving department

Strong time management skills

The ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving and analysis of complex situations

Good mediation skills

Self-Motivated

Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
