Conducts individual assessment to provide career guidance and counseling to customers interested in servicesDetermines eligibility for services, enroll and assist customers in maintaining eligibility for services by ensuring attendance at required training, activities, workshops and performing job searchesProvides coaching for each customer; assist customers in preparation for employment that leads to self-sufficiencyAuthorizes and coordinates supportive services such as but not limited to childcare, transportation, or special assistanceCollaborates with local Business ConsultantAssists in building relationships with local employers and consult with them on their needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide concrete solutionsIdentifies new and emerging businesses in our area that can utilize our servicesHelps with outreach and engagement, broadening our scope of services to include members of the community who are eligible for our servicesCollaborates with local Business Consultant to hold career and hiring events, as well as onsite hiring events for individual employersMaintains existing contacts to community resources and develops new ones to further the goals of our servicesDevelops community partnerships with social services organizations and employersMay provide technical writing to develop standard operation procedures and produce reportsAttend monthly (virtually or in person) meetings and annual trainingBe a team player and model company Values and PrinciplesPerform other duties as assigned
