Description We are seeking an HR Specialist based in Nampa, Idaho, to provide comprehensive support in Benefits, Payroll & HRIS system management. This role will involve overseeing various modules, databases, and software systems related to HR functions. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in records management, benefits & payroll administration, and will work in close collaboration with the HR team. Responsibilities: Administer all employee benefit programs, manage new enrollments, status changes, and terminations. Arrange and conduct benefit plan presentations for various audiences. Coordinate and execute all employee wellness initiatives as well as annual Open Enrollment. Ensure timely completion and filing of all governmental and regulatory agency reports. Manage third party administrators for COBRA, disability & workmen's compensation claims according to the plan. Participate in annual audits (payroll, benefits, university) to ensure deadlines are met. Process various payrolls for multiple employee categories, maintaining regulatory requirements and adjustments to pay as needed. Prepare data analysis and statistical summaries, resolve issues related to benefit plans, and generate ad-hoc reports and surveys. Review billings for accuracy, resolve discrepancies in payroll and with carriers. Maintain internal data integrity by running queries, analyzing data, and reviewing HR source documents for accuracy. Design and implement new and ongoing HRIS processes, track and produce KPI metrics, create Dashboards and Reporting.This role utilizes skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Hiring Processes.Requirements Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Experience with ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian Possesses skills in HCM and About Time Able to perform Benefit Functions Experience in Compensation Administration Knowledge of Compliance regulations and standards Understanding and experience in Hiring Processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
