Obtain necessary materials, remove debris and transport tools and equipment necessary to perform any work on site
Be an essential line of communication between subcontractors and managers
Perform all types of carpentry work on the job
Perform various other miscellaneous activities as necessary to complete the project in a professional and timely manner
Perform finish carpentry work on projects including trim, interior doors, cabinetry and hardware
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and mandated rules and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years carpentry and/or craft experience in similar construction industry with good driving record
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (equipment, methods); engineering, and safety required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
