Competitive Pay: $18- $24per hour DOE
Day Shift M-F with flexible 6, 7 or 8 am start times and a Swing Shift, 4 pm - 2:30 am which includes a $2.00 / hr. shift differential.
Options to work four 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday OR five 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday.

What You Will Be Doing:
Mix, prime, load, and clean paint equipment
Operate high pressure airless spray equipment
Operating grinders, sanders, measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers, and forklifts
Following drawings and blueprints to spray basecoat and paint steel beams and structures, brace frames and columns
Loading/unloading materials, pulling products, assisting in the shop as needed
Familiarity with SSPC requirements in relation to structural steel painting
What You Bring To The Table:
1-2 years Industrial Painting experience - Preferably with structural steel construction
Knowledge/experience using respirators and PPE
High school/GED, trade school college degree is a plus
Capable of lifting loads of up to 75+lbs.
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
Detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and open to being cross-trained in multiple departments and open to working OT
