What You Will Be Doing:
Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as building members, columns, joists, frames, stairs, and railings
Using welding techniques to follow engineering requirements
Responsible for using Flux Core welding techniques to weld various components
Operate cutting torch, plasma, power tools and hand tools
Weld structural and architectural components
Read and understand blueprints, schematics, and instructions build jigs
What You Bring To The Table:
1-2 years Welding experience
Welding Certification is a plus, but not required
Must be able to pass the Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) Welding Test for certification within 60 days of employment
Capable of lifting loads of up to 50 lbs
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
