Cuddy & Associates would like a lean, hard hiking, heavy pack carrying, straight up mountain scaling, human pack mule type of Rodman. Training will be on the job, overnights (home on the weekend), 100% outside work in rural locations. Helpful if you know how to ride 4 wheeler and know the difference between a U-channel and T post.
