Masters Touch Woodworking is now looking for a full-time installer. This individual must have prior experience in kitchen, bath, and custom cabinet installation. At least 2 years’ experience, but 5 would be preferred. However, you must have experience in cabinetry installation or something that would be considered equivalent. Masters Touch is a custom cabinet company which works at a very steady and sometimes rapid pace which requires installers to be able to move from job to job, both new and or existing, to finish or complete, without supervision and basic training.
Masters Touch emphasizes a family atmosphere and expects all of its employees to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional at all times in the shop as well as in customers homes. This position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel to Moscow as well as around Moscow, Pullman and sometimes as far as Orofino and beyond. Position Summary:
Master’s Touch Woodworking Cabinet and Countertop Installer/Carpenter/Woodworker performs a variety of carpentry, woodworking, and cabinet installation activities for new construction or remodeling for residential homes or for commercial buildings. Installers will be in charge of pre-install inspection of the site and cabinets, removal of existing cabinets for remodels, installation of new cabinetry, crown mold, trim and base, stone and quartz countertop material, door and drawer adjustment and pull handle installation. Installer may be required to alter, cut, modify cabinet boxes, doors, drawers and shelves on site. Problem solving and customer service is an integral part of every job.
