Are you a dynamic, driven culinary leader ready to take the reins of a one-of-a-kind property with multiple food & beverage outlets?

We’re looking for an Executive Chef who thrives in high-volume settings, has a passion for craft cuisine, and knows how to bring operational excellence to every plate served.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

This isn’t your average kitchen gig. Our Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations across:

-Catering Department – including large-scale banquets and special events serving 500+ guests.

-On-site restaurant featuring creative, seasonal fare.

-On-site bar & grill

We're looking for someone who brings not just experience, but innovation. Someone who respects fresh, local ingredients and can lead a team to deliver quality—from an intimate dinner to a 500-person convention.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead, train, and inspire a skilled culinary team across all outlets

Ensure consistent quality and presentation in high-volume banquets and daily service

Manage food and labor costs effectively, working closely with F&B operations

Develop menus with a focus on local ingredients when possible

Work with suppliers to source fresh, local ingredients

Collaborate with event managers and GMs to ensure smooth, successful service

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling protocols

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing cost control

WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven Executive Chef experience, with a strong background in catering/banquets and restaurant service

Experience managing a 300+ seat restaurant/bar/lounge

Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, cost control, and labor management

Culinary creativity with a focus on fresh, scratch-made cuisine

Passion for leadership and team development

Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

Positive references from past employers

Must pass background check and drug test
