JOB SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the operations and systems related to the Call Center. This position provides first line supervision of staff within the Call Center; performs day to day operations relating to physician's schedule maintenance/updates and performs scheduling duties as needed. They will work closely with the practice coordinators and directors to maintain and recognize the scheduling needs and resources for the Integrated Medical Group. The Supervisor will be responsible for the effectiveness of the Call Center and ensure outstanding service to the patients and customers.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associates degree preferred

Medical Terminology experience preferred

Experience:

3-5 years previous Call Center experience required

2 years previous supervisory experience required

Previous experience in a Medical Office preferred

Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

Other Skills Required:

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required

Demonstrated leadership ability

Ability to work independently

Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Positive attitude; ability to foster a strong team environment

Flexibility

Ability to remain calm under pressure
