The starting rate for this position is $17.73 an hour. Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position. Summary To provide clerical and administrative support to the Facilities Management and Support Services function. Receives instructions from all Supervisors and Managers from within the division. Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.

Maine Driver’s License

years of related experience in a secretarial position preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Handles multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

Ability to make decisions using independent discretion.

Computer skills proficiency in Microsoft office products.

Typing 45 wpm

Strong verbal and written skills in the English language.

Must read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.

Work alone or with a team and in crowded/confined spaces.

Mathematical skills.

Knowledge of proper business procedures including filing systems and basic accounting.

Ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.

Responsible, supportive team player and have interpersonal skills with team members, staff or vendors.

The ability to manage anger, fear, hostility, violence, stress appropriately.

Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions.
