We want candidates who are committed to making their career successful so we would like to see that you have technology related education (certs or college) or professional on the job experience.
If you've got more experience, GREAT! But our very minimum requirements are:
Windows/Linux/Mac - any or all. Enough knowledge where you could help a user if they need it.
Basic knowledge of networking- TCPIP/DNS, DHCP, know the difference between a router and a switch
Hardware - replace a hard drive, install memory or put an end on a cat5 cable.
Understanding of virtualization and cloud based computing.
