Location: Field-Based

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of industrial weighing equipment—including truck scales and in-plant scales. This is a field-based position where you'll work independently and directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on truck and industrial scales
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Install new weighing equipment at customer locations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure safety and compliance with DOT and company procedures
Requirements:
Class A CDL (required)
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Reliable and professional with strong customer service abilities
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
